I hope to have some new art pieces this year! http://www.cogwurx.com/index.cfm?id=686 rome Sat, 31 Dec 2011 Been a bit busy of late, most of it due to the life changes as a result of my first child. I love every minute of it, but every minute this year has been devoted to my little girl. As she's gotten older over this last year I've been getting bits of my time back. However, that also means that personal projects have been non-existent. I have ideas and concepts, but nothing too finalized or put down to even show. I'm hoping that as my daughter has gotten to the one year mark I can begin to do art work again. Not sure when I'll be able to do oils, I may be on a hiatus in that regard due to lack of adequate work space. I don't want my kid getting into those paints. :-] So that leaves me with perhaps acrylics or just going digital with my work. So hopefully, next year you will be seeing some new work. In the meanwhile, I finally put up Copper Amalgamation in my traditional gallery. It's a painting that I've been really proud of and a new direction for my paintings.
